Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only before your order has been marked as “shipped.”
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it due to the nature of our items.

If your order has not been marked as shipped, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number
- Include your reason for cancellation
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Please note:
- We do not offer overnight shipping.
- Currently shipping only to USA & Canada.
- All orders ship via designated Shopify couriers.
- Rates shown at checkout are based on the customer's address, the order’s weight, and dimensions.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has shipped.
